Introducing EASI-SPAN, EASI-SET's expandable precast concrete building, the newest addition to the EASI-SET line of transportable precast concrete buildings. Multiple building modules can be combined in varied configurations from 20' x 20' up to 20' x 100' , 24' x 20' up to 24' x 100' or 30' x 20' upto 30' x 100'. Variable ceiling heights are available.

EASI-SPAN is engineered incorporating EASI-SET's new, exclusive (patent pending) post-tensioned roof and floor system. The original structural integrity is maintained during expansion, which provides lifetime water-tightness through-out the entire structure.

The EASI-SPAN roof system is totally self supporting. The added modular capabilities allow for more versatility, future expansion, increased storage and the use of larger equipment in the building. Custom interior finishes and designs are available to meet your specific needs. Choose from a variety of exterior finishes, where available, including brick, exposed stone, broom, skip trowel, stucco, and barn board.

EASI-SPAN accommodates a variety of uses such as equipment storage, machinery housing, hazardous material storage facilities, government storage, vending enclosures, rest rooms and more.

EASI-SPAN, the expandable precast building, is easily transported and installed. An integrated floating foundation system makes your site simple to prepare. A six-inch layer of sand or crushed stone is all the preparation required. Your installation can be completed within a few hours.
