The renovations to this condominium, overlooking the Statue of Liberty, incorporated aesthetically pleasing precast risers and balustrade walls. The contractor provided proper foundations and support for the risers and walls. Installation of the units was completed quickly and efficiently. The risers were utilitized as access into the rental units as construction was completed, eliminating the need for temporary stairs, ladders and/or scaffolding. Finally the risers and walls were stained on site, to match the building…and attractive railings and fencing were installed. The final landscape of these street-side entrances is not only eye-catching, but also low maintenance and safe.
