Steel Reinforced Precast concrete construction provides a lifetime of durable protection in the HY-GRADE EASI-SET Precast Building

The roof and floor are manufactured using our patented post-tension system, sealing them against moisture and eliminating the need for surface treatments. The roof slope of 6" - 4" and roof overhang of 2 " - 4" allows water to shed away from exterior walls. Joints are caulked with a weather-proof sealant.

The HY-GRADE EASI-SET Precast Building will not rust, rot, corrode or burn. They are virtually maintenance free. No painting or cleaning is required
